A trapezoid buckle with cut corners, named for the pre-Vendome Panerai hardware it follows. It is the widest of the three shapes we fit and wants a strap with some thickness behind it. Like the field buckle, it is cut for the oblong hole.
This frame needs a strap punched with oblong holes. The tang is broader than a round hole will take, so it will not fasten on a strap cut with the standard round punch. An Altsha strap ordered with a Pre-V buckle already has the oblong punch; one ordered with round holes does not, so check the strap you mean to fit before you order.
The same hardware we fit to our own straps, sold on its own. Every one is stainless steel, and the size on it is the buckle end rather than the lug end - so a strap sold as 20/16mm takes a 16mm buckle.

- Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Keep clear of abrasives and polishing compounds, which will mark a brushed or coated finish and cannot be undone.
