We ship anywhere in the USA using USPS First-Class Mail and Priority Mail. Checkout is set up for US addresses at the moment, but we would still like to get a piece to you: if you are ordering from somewhere else, email us at [email protected] before you order and we will do our best to arrange it.
Standard shipping in the USA is free on every order. There is no minimum. If you need your order faster than the times below, contact us at [email protected] and we will tell you what is possible and what it would cost.
Almost everything we sell is made to order by hand, so there are two parts to the wait: the time it takes to make your piece, and the time it spends with the carrier.
Both are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays and holiday periods can add time, and a piece with unusual options can take longer to make. If your order is running late we would rather tell you than have you wonder, so please write to us.
When your order ships we email you a shipping confirmation with a USPS tracking number. If you cannot find that email, check your spam folder first, then email us at [email protected] with your order number and we will resend it.
If you need to correct a shipping address, email us at [email protected] as soon as you can. We can usually change it while the piece is still being made. Once a parcel has been collected by the carrier we cannot redirect it.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered and you do not have it, or it arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] within a few days of the delivery scan. We will work with you to put it right.
