Four slots for the cards in constant rotation, two hidden pockets for the ones that stay put, and a fold that closes around your cash.
Handcrafted in our California workshop from vegetable-tanned hides from the Wickett & Craig tannery in Curwensville, PA, with creased and polished edges throughout. The leather starts firm and slowly gives, softening around your habits until the grain carries a patina that is yours and no one else's.
The six pocket card fold is the slimmest wallet we make. Four card slots take the cards you reach for daily, two or three in each, and two hidden pockets behind them hold the ones that stay put, or folded bills. Closed, it's 4.6 by 3.2 inches.
It's a card holder rather than a billfold, so it sits flat in a front pocket instead of curving in a back one. If you carry more than that, the bifold is the fuller version of the same build.
Black Bridle is glazed English Bridle, smooth and matte and the most formal of the three. Brown Harness is a deep russet with a polished luster that burnishes with every use. Natural Harness starts nearly blonde and deepens to honey and caramel with carry, which makes it the one that records how you use it. All three are full-grain vegetable-tanned leather from the Wickett & Craig tannery in Curwensville, PA.
The leather is firm out of the box and gives slowly, so the first few weeks are spent shaping it around the cards you actually carry. It stays thin because there's nothing in it that doesn't need to be there, and the edges are creased and polished rather than painted, so they don't flake at the fold.
Stitched with Vinymo polyester thread and made to order in our California workshop. If one needs attention years from now, send it back to us.
